The steps for balancing portable metal blower fan must be strictly followed to ensure stable operation and extend service life of the equipment.
Preparation
Shutdown and power off: Make sure the blower is completely shut down and disconnect the power supply to prevent accidental startup or electric shock during the calibration process.
Tool and equipment preparation: Prepare necessary tools and materials such as dynamic balancer, counterweight, screwdriver, wrench, etc. The dynamic balancer is a key equipment for balancing calibration, and its accuracy and stability must meet the requirements.
Cleaning and inspection: Clean the blower, remove dust and dirt on the surface, and check whether the blower impeller, bearings and other parts are worn or damaged, so as to detect and deal with potential problems in time.
Data collection and analysis
Install the sensor: Install the vibration sensor of the dynamic balancer at a key position of the blower, such as near the bearing seat or impeller, and ensure that the sensor is firmly installed and in close contact with the blower to accurately collect vibration data.
Power-on test: Start the blower and make it reach the normal operating speed. After the blower is running stably, use a dynamic balancing instrument to collect vibration data, including key parameters such as vibration amplitude and frequency.
Data analysis: Use the analysis software of the dynamic balancing instrument to process and analyze the collected vibration data to identify the main sources and locations of imbalance. This step is the key to balance correction.
Correction operation
Determine the imbalance: According to the data analysis results, determine the imbalance of the blower and its distribution location. The imbalance is usually expressed in the form of mass and angle, indicating the mass that needs to be added or removed at a specific location.
Add or remove counterweights: According to the calculation results of the imbalance, add or remove counterweights at the corresponding positions on the blower impeller. The selection and installation position of the counterweights need to be accurately calculated to ensure the correction effect.
Repeated testing and adjustment: After the correction is completed, restart the blower and collect vibration data again. Compare the new data with the data before correction to evaluate the correction effect. If the vibration amplitude is still large or the imbalance is not completely eliminated, repeat the above steps for further correction.
Three-Stage Filtration: The air scrubber features a three-stage filtration system that includes a pre-filter (MERV-10), carbon filter, and H13 HEPA filter. It effectively removes dust, pollen, smoke, ...
